Notification Regarding Issue Limit

The Board of Directors of our company has resolved to make required application on debt instrument issuance limit made to the Capital Markets Board and the domestic issuance of debt instruments up to a total amount of TL 10,000,000,000, denominated in Turkish Lira, at one or more times and without being offered to the public through Private Placement/or to be sold to qualified investors within the framework of the Capital Markets Legislation. As per the resolution, the Board of Directors has authorized the General Directorate of our company to undertake all necessary transactions and applications to the Capital Markets Board, Borsa Istanbul A.Ş., and the relevant institutions, including but not limited to those related to the issuance of debt instruments. In accordance with the related authorization, an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye to receive an issuance ceiling approval as of July 1st, 2025. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
