Notification Regarding Issue Limit

At the meeting held on March 15, 2024, The board of directors of our company has resolved that renewal of the application on debt instrument issuance limit made to the Capital Markets Board on 04/08/2023 by the financial statements of 2023, and the domestic issuance of debt instruments up to a total amount of TL 4,500,000,000, denominated in Turkish Lira, at one or more times and without being offered to the public through Private Placement/or to be sold to qualified investors within the framework of the Capital Markets Legislation. As per the resolution, the Board of Directors has authorized The General Directorate of our company to make all other transactions and necessary applications to the Capital Markets Board, Borsa Istanbul A.Ş., and the relevant institutions, including but not limited to these, regarding the debt instruments to be issued. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
