Notification Regarding General Assembly Meeting

The Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company pertaining to 2023 will be held on April 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel located at Hamidiye Mahallesi Cendere Caddesi No:15 Kağıthane/İstanbul in order to discuss and resolve on the items on the agenda.

The General Assembly Invitation Letter, including the agenda and proxy form, procedure for participation and the Information Document regarding the agenda items, are attached herewith.
