Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated July 28th, 2025,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 1 billion 511.6 million TL out of 2 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on July 25th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of July 29th, 2024.
