Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated June 13th, 2025,
It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 1 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 510.6 million TL out of 5 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on June 12th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
