Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated April 28th, 2025,
It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 4 retail and 2 SME-Commercial portfolios with a total principal amount of 1 billion 420,4 million TL out of 12 retail and 2 SME-Commercial portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by QNB Bank A.Ş. on April 28th, 2025.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of May 12th, 2024.
