Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated December 27th,2024 and December 30th, 2024 ;

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for a retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 173.3 million TL out of 3 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Denizbank A.Ş. on December 27th, 2024.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this  tender, have been duly completed as of January 16th, 2025.
