Material Event Disclosure (General)

The total amount of donations and aids made within the framework of the determined upper limit for the year 2024 in the ordinary general assembly meeting held on 18.04.2024, including 40,000,000 TL for the earthquake region, had reached 136,874,518.00 TL as of 30.12.2024, which corresponds to 2.635% of the total assets disclosed in our latest financial report dated 30.09.2024. 

In accordance with the decision of the Capital Markets Board dated 09.02.2023 and numbered 8/174, and the decision of the Board of Directors approved in the General Assembly meeting on 12.04.2023, the total amount of donations and aids made to the earthquake region in the years 2023 and 2024 had reached 49,601,589.40 TL as of 30.12.2024.
