Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosures dated August 27th 2024 and September 3rd, 2024

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 5 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 1 billion 776 million TL out of 7 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on August 26-27 and 29th, 2024.

The sale of non-performing loans related to 3 retail portfolios with a principal size of TL 986.7 million put up for sale on  August 26-27th 2024 has been approved by the Bank's Board of Directors and the sale of receivables related to 2 retail portfolios with a principal size of TL 789.3 million put up for sale on August 29th, 2024 has been cancelled by the Bank as of September 12th, 2024.
