In our Material Event Disclosure dated July 17th, 2024,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for a retail portfolio with a principal amount of 41.99 million TL in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Fibabanka A.Ş. on July 17th, 2024.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of July 26th, 2024.
