Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated February 5th, 2024, It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for an SME portfolio with a principal amount of 135.15 million TL in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. on February 5th, 2024. The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of February 28th, 2024.
