In our Material Event Disclosure dated February 16th, 2024,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for a retail portfolio with a principal amount of 87.2 million TL in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Fibabanka A.Ş. on February 16th, 2024.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of February 20th, 2024.
