Material Event Disclosure (General)

In our Material Event Disclosure dated January 29th, 2024,

It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for a portfolio in the Agriculture segment with a principal amount of 108 million TL in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Denizbank A.Ş. on January 29th, 2024.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of February 20th, 2024.
