It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 1 SME-Corporate portfolio with a total principal amount of TL 699 million put up for sale by Fibabanka A.Ş. on October 27th, 2026,

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
