It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 retail portfolio with a total principal amount of TL 415.7 million out of 3 retail portfolios put up for sale by Akbank T.A.Ş. on July 21st, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
