It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 1 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 203.1 million out of 10 retail portfolios put up for sale by Denizbank A.Ş. on June 11th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
