It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 601.4 million put up for sale by Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş. on March 28th, 2026.

The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
