In our Material Event Disclosures dated August 27th,2024 and September 13th, 2024; It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 3 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 986.75 million TL out of 4 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on August 26th&27th, 2024 and approved by the Bank's Board of Directors. The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of September 18th, 2024.
