In our Material Event Disclosure dated August 9th, 2024, It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender for 4 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 917.8 million TL out of 8 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Yapı ve Kredi Bankası.A.Ş. on August 8th, 2024. The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans related to the 3 portfolios, subject to this tender, have been duly completed as of August 19th, 2024. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
